Keith
Keith opened his business in January of 2001 after 13 years as a partner in a retail and construction management company where he was respnsible for general operations. He can be found writing a service order at the front desk or washing a car before sending it out. He lives in Lynden with his wife of nearly 40 years, Carmielle. They have three grown children and 5 absolutely perfect grandchildren.
Rick Strotz
Several years ago when Keith decided to add service and repair to his growing business the choice of a Service Manager was easy. Rick Strotz was an anchor at the legendary John Morgan Service for 30 years. He is not only a very talented technician, but a gifted leader and listener. He lives with his wife, Beth near Nugents Corner. They have three grown children and a precious granddaughter, Ridley.
Brandon Welters
Several years ago, Dick Montague, then owner of the Coca Cola Bottling Company of Bellingham, wheeled into the lot
and tracked Keith down. He put his finger in Keith’s chest and told him he had to hire Brandon as his next technician. Dick is a big guy, so Keith hired him. Good choice! Brandon Welters had been commuting daily to BMW of Seattle from Bellingham. Brandon is known for his “measure twice and cut once” approach to his craft. He is intuitive and talented with a great memory. He lives in Bellingham with his wife Jenny and their son, Mason.
Scott Hotson
Scott joined our team about six months ago. Originally from Guam he worked for several years in the SF Bay area at a couple German automotive shops. He has training from Bosch and Baum. He is a high energy guy, always willing to jump in and help. He is a history and movie trivia buff.
Sarah Adams
Sarah commands the front desk with cheerful exuberance. Her easy and friendly personality help ease the pain of “car problems” for our family of customers. She has a wealth of experience in the business and is good at listening and interpreting customer comments into information which help get problems solved. She lives with her wife Missy and daughter Ariona in Lynden.
