I really find coming to Keith Cox Autobaun to be a very pleasant and stress free experience. The people are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They always provide a loaner car and they always go above and beyond with any maintenance issues. The palpable work ethic feels like it come directly from Keith Cox. Great Service!

This was my first time bringing my Mercedes to Keith Cox and I was treated like a long time customer. Everything was explained and no pressure to do additional services. They even offered and provided a loaner car for the day!! Great customer service, provided me information for what needs to be serviced in the future and did not pressure me into making an immediate decision. They have a new loyal customer and I will using them for all my Mercedes service.

Excellent service, excellent communication from folks who know what they are doing and obviously do not underestimate the role that outstanding customer service plays in setting Keith Cox Autobahn apart from the other premium auto repair facilities in the area.
